Usually, Pakistani students don’t have the fund to get good quality education, whose prices are getting sky high, and this can be quite heavy on the pocket of many families. However, what most young people don’t know is that there are a few universities in Pakistan that are offering not only good quality education but also a subsequent number of scholarships to students who are in a dire need of it.
Universities offering scholarships:
In Pakistan, many renowned universities are giving scholarships to their needy students, but with a clause that after graduation the students will do their job and pay their debts to university. The following is the list of universities offering good scholarships for their students:

NUML:
The National University of Modern Languages is offering EHSAAS Scholarship for students coming residing from low-income families. The program is designed to make the students able to have easy access to higher education. The aim of this program is to eliminate poverty in Pakistan. Because in Pakistan the students beyond 12th are not able to get good quality education at adequate expenses, therefore this program is designed so that the students can get an education beyond 12th grade.
Features of the Scholarship:
- 50,000 scholarships per year
- The funding pays tuition fees
- The scholarship will provide a monthly stipend to the students
- The quota of 50% is fixed for female students
- A preference for elderly or disadvantaged students
University of South Asia
The University of South Asia is providing different types of scholarships for its students ranging from 30% to 90%, and all of these scholarships are work-based, in which you can apply your everyday learning to real-world experiences, and along with your learning you are getting real-time experience of the corporate world, but this is not where the good news ended, the University of South Asia is promising their students a salary package of 150k after graduation along with MS and Ph.D. scholarships in foreign world-class universities.
The Millennium Universal College
Millennium Universal College is offering three different types of scholarships for its students that are listed below:
Merit-Based Scholarship:
To earn a merit-based scholarship an applicant should have at least 80% marks/equivalent in the previous qualifications.
Talent-Based Scholarship:
This scholarship is awarded to students based on exemplary performance in extra-curricular activities at provincial, national & International levels. In some cases, the scholarships can be given to district-level participation as well, but it depends upon their certification and level of achievements.
Need-Based Scholarship:
This type of scholarship is for all the brilliant students who have achieved excellence in their academics or otherwise, but cannot afford the fee. Best foreign scholarship programs include DAAD. The acronym DAAD stands for Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, which translates in English to the German Academic Exchange Service
DAAD Scholarship
There are many funding opportunities under DAAD. However, the main DAAD scholarship for Pakistani students is an amazing program that benefits its educated people to a great extent.
It mostly covers German universities that offer high-quality education. The programs that it offers are limited and change or differ every year. Both research money degree scholarship programs are offered under it. The requirements vary according to the degree or the funding that you are applying for.
It also demands you show a two-year work experience as a needed thing of acceptance. You have to show a high score on the English language test (IELTS or TOEFL) and a good related to school and learning record.
